Alchemist/ cook - Stephen Athol, 24, was born in Weylin known for alchemy
Weapons expert - William Hammel, 29, was born in Kegan a airship port town

all of the crew besides Stephen are from Coledonia. Stephen is from Mylor
Since Stephen is from the enemy William doesnt trust him
